SFDDS includes the counties of Colfax, Guadalupe, Harding, Los Alamos, Mora, Quay, that portion of Rio Arriba in which Embudo, Espanola, Fairview, and Riverside are located, San Miguel, Santa Fe, except that portion in which Edgewood is located, Taos, and Union.
